Institute for Systems Biology - Imaging, Cytometry and Microfluidics Core

Description

The Image and Cytometry Core Facility at ISB offers microscopy and cytometry tools for cell purification and analysis. Major applications include: flow cytometry, magnetic bead purification, fluid dispensing robotics, Luminex multiplexing, LEAP technology and multicolor confocal imaging. In addition, the core provides cutting edge automated high-throughput live cell microscopy and microfluidic device applications. An imaging data repository and analysis pipeline, supported by ISB’s Informatics Core, provides secure data storage and customizable analysis tools. The core provides training and assistance on all our instruments by an experienced staff.
