  • Explain and discuss the definition of Conflict of Interest
  • Explain and discuss GIM 10 and the UW process for reviewing disclosures of significant financial interests by researchers
  • Highlight the new UW Medicine Conflict of Interest Policy and how it relates to GIM 10 and the Outside Work Policy
  • Review the State Ethics Act and its applicability to UW research and tech transfer activities
