Clinical Trials and Why It Matters @ On-Line Event

As we are in the midst of Clinical Trials Awareness Week (May 18 – 22) this year, the University of Washington Health Sciences Library would like to invite you to a virtual presentation, Clinical Trials and Why it Matters. Covering topics such as the clinical trials process, types of clinical trials, vaccine trials, and the ethics involving clinical trials, the 40-minute talk will highlight the importance of clinical trials principals with consideration to the ongoing pandemic. The presentation will be hosted by Taylor Zimmermann, a Clinical Trials Specialist for the UW HSL with a decade of clinical trials background experience.
