Join the BRiTE Center for Visiting Speaker David Mohr, PhD for a talk on digital mental health treatment.

Many digital mental health interventions, including apps, are effective in treating common mental health disorders. However, the real world implementation of digital health interventions in healthcare systems has generally not succeeded. This talk will describe the reasons for those failures and research methods that can overcome them. Dr. Mohr’s research focusing on the design, evaluation, and adaptation of the IntelliCare platform will be presented to illustrate some of these methods. David Mohr, Ph.D., is a psychologist and Professor of Preventive Medicine in the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He is also the Director of Northwestern University’s Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies (CBITs).
