Andrew has additional experience in patent validity, enforcement, and licensing, as well as\u202fex parte\u202freexaminations and\u202finter partes\u202freviews.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining COJK, Andrew was with the University of Washington\u2019s technology transfer office for five years. In his most recent position at UW, he was a senior patent portfolio manager responsible for managing the patent strategy, preparation, prosecution, and protection for chemistry and life sciences inventions across the university.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew earned a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2010. He received his B.S. and his M.S. degrees in chemistry from the University of Washington in 2003 and 2006.
