In pediatric medicine, these translational challenges are exacerbated by the \u201corphan\u201d scale of incidence, limited pediatric-dedicated cGMP production facilities and the low financial returns which make industry-sponsored research less likely.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]The Consortium for Pediatric Cellular Immunotherapy is working to address these challenges by pooling its expertise and sharing its learnings with the broader community.
