This summary is sent to the editors of the series (Liza-Marie Johnson and Ben Wilfond) for review and edits. Published case summaries do not make specific mention of where the consultation took place, the requestor\u2019s name, or full details.<\/p>\n<p>The summary is then circulated to the larger group in order to solicit three commentaries (800-1200 words).
