The CTMS Team is offering guided instruction for the OnCore 510 – Sponsor Invoicing eLearning course. New OnCore users completing training to gain edit permissions or current OnCore users interested in a training refresh may attend the session. The guided instruction will go through each section of the eLearning course and allow time for attendees to complete course exercises or ask questions.

  • Mark protocol events as occurred
  • Review visit variations
  • Create, edit, and save invoices
  • Correct invoices
  • Reconcile automatic EDC payments

Important to Note:

  • Attendees will need to establish an ITHS TREE account and sign up for the OnCore 510 – Sponsor Invoicing course PRIOR to the start of the session
  • Attendance alone will not give you credit for the course; all quizzes and knowledge checks in the eLearning course must be completed in order to get credit for the training
  • Attending the guided instruction session is optional; learners may complete the eLearning course on their own.
