The CTMS Team is offering guided instruction for the OnCore 520 – Vendor Payables eLearning course. New OnCore users completing training to gain edit permissions or current OnCore users interested in a training refresh may attend the session. The guided instruction will go through each section of the eLearning course and allow time for attendees to complete course exercises or ask questions.

Important to Note:

  • Attendees will need to establish an ITHS TREE account and sign up for the OnCore 520 – Vendor Payables course PRIOR to the start of the session
    • Instructions for setting up an ITHS TREE account and signing up for courses is included in your OnCore training email; contact CTMS@fredhutch.org if you did not receive a training email or need additional assistance
  • Attendance alone will not give you credit for the course; all quizzes and knowledge checks in the eLearning course must be completed in order to get credit for the training
  • Attending the guided instruction session is optional; learners may complete the eLearning course on their own.
