15 May GUIDED INSTRUCTION: Billing Grids & Budgets (OnCore 410 eLearning)
The CTMS Team is offering guided instruction for staff who need to complete the OnCore 410 – Billing Grid & Budget eLearning course, or would like to repeat the course as a training refresher. Completion of the OnCore 410 eLearning course is required for staff requiring pre award management permissions.
- Example Study Team Roles: Study Submission Contact, Financial Pre-Award Contact
- Permissions Granted: Pre-Award Management
- Example Activities: Review and sign off on Billing Grids and study budgets in OnCore
The guided instruction will start promptly at 3:00 PM. Please note, attendees will need to:
- Establish an ITHS TREE account and sign up for the OnCore 410 course PRIOR to the start of the session
- Access a computer in order to log into their ITHS TREE account and follow along in the OnCore 410 Course
- Complete all quizzes and knowledge checks in the eLearning course in order to get credit for the training
- Attendance alone will not give credit for the course
The guided instruction will go through each section of the eLearning course and allow time for attendees to complete course exercises or ask questions. Attending the guided instruction session is optional; learners may complete the eLearning course on their own.
