15 May GUIDED INSTRUCTION: Subjects & Visit Management (OnCore 500 eLearning)
The CTMS Team is offering guided instruction for staff who need to complete the OnCore 500 – Subjects & Visits eLearning course, or would like to repeat the course as a training refresher. Completion of the OnCore 500 eLearning course is required for staff requiring subject and visit management edit access permissions.
- Example Study Team Roles: Primary Clinical Research Coordinator, Financial Post Award Contact
- OnCore Permissions Granted: Subject Management, Visit Management, Invoicing & Receipts
- Example Activities: Register subjects to the protocol, enter subject statuses, enter subject visits and SAEs, enter subject Financial Events
The guided instruction will start promptly at 9:00 AM. This will be a 2-hour session with a 5-10 minute break halfway through. Please note, attendees will need to:
- Establish an ITHS TREE account and sign up for the OnCore 500 course PRIOR to the start of the session
- Access a computer in order to log into their ITHS TREE account and follow along in the OnCore 500 Course
- Complete all quizzes and knowledge checks in the eLearning course in order to get credit for the training

- Attendance alone will not give credit for the course

The guided instruction will go through each section of the eLearning course and allow time for attendees to complete course exercises or ask questions. Attending the guided instruction session is optional; learners may complete the eLearning course on their own.
