{"id":26660,"date":"2018-01-24T15:19:45","date_gmt":"2018-01-24T23:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iths.org\/ctms\/?p=26660"},"modified":"2018-02-12T13:33:40","modified_gmt":"2018-02-12T21:33:40","slug":"strategic-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iths.org\/ctms\/news\/strategic-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Implementation<\/h3>\n<p>The implementation strategy was reorganized into three targets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Target #1: Subjects &amp; Protocols \u2013 Oncology &amp; Fred Hutch Non-Oncology<\/li>\n<li>Target #2: Subjects &amp; Protocols \u2013 UW Non-Oncology Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Target #3: Study Calendars &amp; Financial Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Migration<\/h3>\n<p>Previously, Subjects &amp; Protocol data for Target #1 was scheduled for migration in four groups (A-D). Moving forward, data migration for all Target #1 groups will be performed upfront to ensure the data is fully validated before user onboarding begins. After data validation, all users will still be onboarded by groups.<\/p>\n<h3>User Onboarding &amp; Go-Live Dates<\/h3>\n<p>For Target #1, onboarding is scheduled to start in Summer of 2018 and finish by January of 2019. Each of the T#1 groups will go-live at different times to facilitate a smooth transition.
