There are a number of activities to be aware of that will assist in this process:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; use_row_as_full_screen_section=&#8221;no&#8221; type=&#8221;full_width&#8221; angled_section=&#8221;no&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; background_image_as_pattern=&#8221;without_pattern&#8221;][vc_column]<div class=\"q_list circle animate_list\">\n\t<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>User training and data validation are underway<\/strong> &#8211; study data must be validated during one of the scheduled Practice Labs before the study can be considered &#8220;live&#8221; in OnCore. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iths.org\/ctms\/contacts\/\">contact the program office<\/a> with any questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open house sessions are available<\/strong> &#8211; Anyone who is part of a T1G1 team, even if you will not be actively entering or modifying information in the CTMS, can benefit from attending an open house. The schedule is available on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iths.org\/ctms\/news-events\/calendar\/action~month\/exact_date~1527836400\/cat_ids~161\/request_format~json\/\">events calendar<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training documentation and videos are available<\/strong> &#8211; You can access training <a href=\"https:\/\/train.seattlectms.org\/ctmsdocuments\/\">documents<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/train.seattlectms.org\/ctmsvideos\/\">videos<\/a> using your institutional login and password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Info Sessions for the Epic subject status changes are underway<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0All staff who utilize Epic for study enrollments will be impacted by the July 16 go-live date as subject statuses in Epic will be updated to match the OnCore CTMS statuses.
