These study teams should:<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; use_row_as_full_screen_section=&#8221;no&#8221; type=&#8221;full_width&#8221; angled_section=&#8221;no&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; background_image_as_pattern=&#8221;without_pattern&#8221;][vc_column]<div class=\"q_list circle animate_list\">\n\t<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stop<\/strong> submitting new studies to CRS by end-of-day on July 6\n<ul>\n<li>Submissions will resume on July 16 in OnCore and directly to CC-IRB<\/li>\n<li>Between July 9-13, if an exception is needed to submit a study (e.g., includes expanded access, compassionate use), contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:regulatoryaffairs@fredhutch.org\">regulatoryaffairs@fredhutch.org<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:iro@fredhutch.org\">iro@fredhutch.org<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stop<\/strong> entering subject enrollment and status changes in PATS and Epic after 5:00 PM on Thursday July 12<\/li>\n<li><strong>CRS will stop<\/strong> issuing Consortium Protocol Numbers for T1G1 after end-of-day on July 6<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong> submitting amendments and renewals directly to IRB on Monday July 9<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continue<\/strong> to submit reportable events directly to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:irbinbox@fredhutch.org\">irbinbox@fredhutch.org<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Continue<\/strong> submitting DSMC renewals via email to CRS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are a number of process changes that will affect study teams in T1G1, ranging from new study submissions to adverse event reporting.
