TARGET 1 GROUP 1 WENT LIVE\u00a0ON MONDAY, JULY 16<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are excited to announce the OnCore Clinical Trial Management Tool (CTMS)\u00a0officially went LIVE July 16th.\u00a0This project has been an exciting journey for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and the University of Washington as they joined together to build and implement\u00a0the CTMS.<\/p>\n

This large endeavor\u00a0included teams from across all\u00a0three\u00a0institutions and involved:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column]

  • 33 Study Teams (T1G1)<\/li>\n
  • 1,581 protocols migrated<\/li>\n
  • 26,676 human subjects migrated<\/li>\n
  • 135 end users that\u00a0logged on<\/li>\n
  • 370 end users activated (219 with\u00a0edit permissions)<\/li>\n
  • 5 new protocols created on the first day in OnCore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/div>[vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_column_text]To support users during the go-live, the program office\u00a0formed a command center for the first two\u00a0weeks to provide assistance in\u00a0navigating\u00a0the tool and to work through any challenges encountered by study teams.\u00a0The command center is\u00a0currently investigating\u00a025 functional tickets\u00a0and 5 technical tickets.<\/p>\n

    The next step for the OnCore CTMS is the\u00a0implementation of Target 1 Group 2\u00a0(T1G2)\u00a0study\u00a0teams, which will\u00a0go-live on September 17th.\u00a0The longer term target of instituting the\u00a0calendar and\u00a0financial management\u00a0functionality within\u00a0OnCore is scheduled for\u00a02019\/2020.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
