This year at the Spring<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Onsemble<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Conference hosted by Forte, the company that developed OnCore,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> our CTMS Product Manager, Oscar Cano, shared<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> two presentations that showcased our 2018 go-live experiences<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The presentations focused on the following topics:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Automation of Data Migration and Regression Testing\u00a0<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This presentation focused on our <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">experiences in designing and implementing a set of <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">data migration <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tools that allowed us to migrate <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">approximately 3,000 protocols and 40,000 subjects<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> for our 2018 go-<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">live in<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> an automated fashion that saved time and improved accurac<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">y. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Key components of our solution migration goals significantly faster, and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> our 2018 go-live timelines were made <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">possible largely due to the efficiencies gained in this process.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Encouraging User Adoption &amp; Compliance During New Implementations<\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In this presentation we shared <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">key information on our change management strategy that was another key component of our go-live success<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">arious methods used to articulate the substance of the change to our end users<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> including<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> tools such as: <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cStart, Stop, C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ontinue<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">documents, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">go-live <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">posters\/ <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pamphlets, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1-pagers describing user impacts by role, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">easily-digestible cutover messages and <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">key roadshows, and the criticality of study teams serving as \u201cchange leaders\u201d<\/span><span
