By entering a later\u00a0<strong>Visit Date<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Planned\u00a0<\/strong>status, study teams can avoid receiving queries for incomplete visits past their original\u00a0<strong>Planned Date<\/strong>. If needed, remaining visits in the Study Calendar can also be reset to reflect the adjusted timing of the visit schedule.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to\u00a0<strong>Menu &gt; Subjects &gt; Subject Console &gt; Calendar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the hyperlink associated with the visit.<\/li>\n<li>Mark the Visit Status as\u00a0<strong>Planned<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the expected\u00a0<strong>Visit Date\u00a0<\/strong><em>(can be a future date)<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>As needed, set the\u00a0<strong>Reset Calendar<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown menu to &#8220;All Visits&#8221; to adjust the timing for ALL upcoming Calendar Visits, or set to \u201cCurrent Cycle\u201d to only adjust the timing of Calendar Visits in the current cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Submit button to save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For more information regarding Subject Visit Tracking, please visit the\u00a0Subjects &amp; Visits Work Instructions\u00a0located on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iths.createsend1.com\/t\/i-i-atuuddd-l-i\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CTMS Documents &amp; Videos<\/a>\u00a0web page (OnCore login required).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is your subject\u2019s visit delayed from the expected Planned Date in their Study Calendar?
