It may be utilized by study teams to quickly view and access assigned protocols, subjects and study visits within one convenient location in OnCore. My Console also has a calendar view the consolidates all subject visits onto one streamlined calendar. Main capabilities of My Console include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View all protocols to which you are assigned as Protocol Staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Must have an active Staff role assignment within <em>Protocols &gt; PC Console &gt; Main &gt; Staff tab.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>View all subjects to which you are assigned as Subject Staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Must have an active Subject Staff assignment within the <em>Subjects &gt; CRA Console &gt; Subject Console &gt; On Study tab.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>View a list of study visits marked as Occurred and track visit Case Report Form (CRF) completion; view list of pending study visits.<\/li>\n<li>View a Calendar of study visits for all assigned subjects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I access My Console? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Navigate to My Console by clicking Menu &gt; My Console. Click on the star to the left of My Console menu selection to save to your Favorites Bar. Please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seattlectms.org\/CTMSWebApp\/static\/ctmsdocuments\/other_oncore_functions\/my_console_&amp;_other_oncore_functionality_job_aid.pdf\">My Console &amp; Other OnCore Functionality Job Aid<\/a> <em>(log into OnCore prior to clicking link)<\/em> for instructions on how to use My Console.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Am I required to use My Console? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No. My Console is an optional tool. Study teams are not required to use this functionality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to I learn more about My Console? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Information sessions and assistance helping to set up My Console will be offered within the CTMS Online Office Hours on Tuesdays, Oct. 29<sup>th<\/sup> and Nov. 5<sup>th<\/sup> at 11:00am. Please use the Zoom Meeting link found on the OnCore landing page.
