User accounts only need to be reconfirmed once, thereafter OnCore users will no longer need to select a primary Institution when logging into the system.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #2ebbf5\">Please note other important points regarding critical downtime functions:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete all OnCore activities and <span style=\"color: #123054\"><strong>logout of OnCore by 11:55 am PST on 12\/5<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Anticipate study document needs and download before the downtime begins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #123054\"><strong>Request study documents<\/strong> <\/span>during the downtime\u00a0 <strong>\u21d2 <\/strong>\u00a0email <a href=\"mailto:CTMS@fredhutch.org\">CTMS@fredhutch.org<\/a> with RG# and requested document information<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #123054\"><strong>Request Epic Subject Status<\/strong><\/span> updates during the downtime\u00a0 <strong>\u21d2<\/strong>\u00a0 email <a href=\"mailto:CTMS@fredhutch.org\">CTMS@fredhutch.org<\/a> and we will make updates directly in Epic\n<ul>\n<li>Status updates for non-Epic subjects will need to wait until OnCore is back online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #123054\"><strong>UW Workday Integration will not run<\/strong><\/span> at its regularly scheduled time on the evening of 12\/5\u00a0 <strong>\u21d2\u00a0<\/strong> it will resume on Friday evening, 12\/6 after OnCore is back online<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #123054\"><strong>OnCore Reports<\/strong> <strong>are unavailable<\/strong><\/span> during the downtime\u00a0 <strong>\u21d2\u00a0<\/strong> Reports will stop running just before 12 pm PST on 12\/5 and will resume running 12\/6 once OnCore is back online.
