The main purpose of this study\/trial is to test whether patients with HMGCR myopathy can be safely and effectively treated with IVIG as their only medication for this condition.<\/p>\n

Participant Eligibility<\/h3>\n

Potential subjects must meet the following:<\/p>\n

– Have a positive Anti-HMGCR antibody lab result within 12 months prior to enrollment<\/p>\n

-Age 18 and older<\/p>\n

-Demonstrate proximal muscle weakness<\/p>\n

-Serum creatinine kinase (CK) more than 5 times the upper limit of normal<\/p>\n
