Want to learn some effective coping skills? Help us explore and understand the mental health experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, and how coping skills can help. This study is created by an LGBTQ+ researcher for the LGBTQ+ community.<\/p>\n<p>We first ask that you complete a brief (less than 5 minute) screening survey, found here (<a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/SkillsScreen\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/SkillsScreen<\/a>). If you screen in, a member of our lab will then contact you for a one-hour intake interview.<\/p>\n<p>From there, you will be invited to participate in a 6-week skills group via secure Telehealth, meeting once weekly for 90 minutes.
