Researchers are looking to determine the best strategy for weight loss and healthy living. Participants enroll in the 12-month, remotely-delivered study and receive a free 6-month health program.<\/p>\n<p>Participants receive the following:<br \/>\nA free 24-week health program, delivered remotely<br \/>\nPersonalized diet, physical activity, and weight loss goals<br \/>\nEquipment to use during study sessions<br \/>\nOne-on-one sessions with a trained Health Promotionist during the first 6 months<br \/>\nBehavioral weight loss strategies are offered through online lessons or a study booklet<\/p>\n<p>Everything is free, and there are no medications involved.
