The purpose of this study is to understand whether HIV medications can produce inflammation in the intestine (\u201cyour gut\u201d) and affect the size of the HIV reservoir in people living with HIV.<\/p>\n

There are two study visits:
\nGeneral health assessment and medical history
\nEndoscopy and biopsies from both the rectum and the duodenum (small intestine).
\nBlood samples (from vein).<\/p>\n

Participants will receive up to $400<\/p>\n

Participant Eligibility<\/h3>\n

Age 18-65
\nHIV positive
\nOn a stable regimen of antiretroviral therapy for at least one year<\/p>\n
