This study requires in-person and remote visits over 18 months at UW South Lake Union and Fred Hutchinson.

1. Screening visit in-person: ~2 hours at UW SLU
*remote tasks leading up to enrollment over 7 days before visit 1A/B
2. Visit 1A: ~6 hours at UW SLU
3. Visit 1B: ~2 hours at Fred Hutchinson
*remote assessments about 6-7 times over 18-months
Payment up to $300

Some participants may be invited to have additional visits. The visits are similar to visits 1A/B. Up to $400 of additional payment will be given for these visits.

Study procedures: blood draws, MRIs, DXA scan, dietary intake evaluation, questionnaires and eating a snack.
