Interested in health and workplace behaviors? Invite your coworker to join the online study together! You can earn $20 worth of Amazon e-gift cards, and your coworker can earn $15 worth! 🤗<\/p>\n

To participate, you will first complete a sign-up survey and provide your invited coworker\u2019s email. Then we will email your invited coworker to register for this study. After both of you have completed the sign-up surveys, we will start to send formal surveys.<\/p>\n

After both of you confirm participation, we will send out Survey 1 for you to complete. You will receive a $5 Amazon e-gift card for completing it. If you complete Survey 1, you will receive Survey 2 two weeks later, again receiving a $5 Amazon e-gift card for completing it. If you complete Survey 2, you will receive Survey 3 two weeks later, again receiving a $10 Amazon e-gift card for completing it. So you can earn $20 in Amazon e-gift cards in total.<\/p>\n

If you complete Survey 1, Survey 2, and Survey 3, we\u2019ll send your coworker Survey 4 two weeks later. They\u2019ll receive a $5 Amazon e-gift card for completing it. If they complete Survey 4, they will receive Survey 5 two weeks later, receiving a $10 Amazon e-gift card for completing it. So they can earn $15 in Amazon e-gift cards in total.<\/p>\n

In total, it will take around 15 minutes for you and your coworkers each to complete all surveys.<\/p>\n
