Attendance of at least one practice lab is required for all end users who will be responsible for updating data in OnCore. In a practice lab, you will be joined by CTMS Protect Team members and have the opportunity to:
- Get hands-on experience with the OnCore software.
- Ask questions and work in the TRAIN environment with support from the CTMS staff.
- Navigate the CTMS using facilitation guides and study-based scenarios.
Additionally, each user will be required to perform data validation during a practice lab session. Validation may be performed in a subsequent practice lab if it is not completed during the initial session. During data validation, users will review their migrated data in OnCore and make essential updates to both Study and Subject data before the study team can be considered “fully live.”
