We reconstruct body organs in 3D from multiple image views. The focus has been on the heart but we have also reconstructed blood vessels, skeletal muscle, and abdominal organs. Non-medical targets can be reconstructed as well. From the reconstructions, which are triangular meshes, we can analyze 3D shape and dimensions as required by the user.
