The Bioinformatics Core provides programming strong support in data management as well as application optimization for the Life Sciences community at the University of Alaska. The overall aim of the core is to provide computational services to University of Alaska researchers including maintenance and optimization of software applications needed for analysis custom workflow pipelines to facilitate analysis of large datasets ,resources for sharing data and relational databases.
