In an initiative to overhaul the OnCore onboarding and training program(s), CTMS has published a redesigned Sponsor Invoicing Work Instructions Document.
What is it?
The Sponsor Invoicing Work Instructions Document contains guidelines regarding the creation and editing of invoices, common questions and concerns, as well as an Overview of the UW Workday Integration Process.
What Steps Should I Take?
Please take a moment to review the Work Instructions. To access the current CTMS Help Documents, log in to OnCore and click on your name on the top right corner of the screen to locate the CTMS Documents and Videos.
If you have documentation suggestions or requests, please submit them via RedCap Survey. This tool may also be used to propose new forms of work instructions or training(s).
