We’re excited to announce the upcoming beta launch of the Trial Finder web application on October 15, 2025 — a powerful new tool designed to simplify and accelerate access to Interventional Oncology Treatment trials.
Developed with input from faculty, clinic staff, and research teams, Trial Finder provides a streamlined experience for discovering and matching clinical trials to patients.
🔍 What Trial Finder Offers:
- Multiple Navigation Paths: Search by condition, biomarker, study phase, investigator, participant age, and more—tailored to how clinicians think and work.
- Responsive Design: Optimized for desktop and mobile use, with cached data to ensure reliability even during connectivity interruptions.
- Key Trial Information Page: Quickly assess trial suitability with a concise overview including a brief study description, abbreviated treatment schedule, and key eligibility criteria—no need to review full protocols.
- Clear Eligibility Criteria: Improves visibility and reduces missed opportunities by making trial requirements easy to interpret and share.
- Real-Time Slot Availability: Color-coded, pill-style indicators show open slots at a glance, helping guide enrollment decisions and improve matching accuracy.

Login with UW NetID or Fred Hutch credentials is required. Your feedback during this phase will be instrumental in refining the platform ahead of full rollout.
