Support Desk

Tips & Tricks Email

  • What: Areas where there is opportunity to improve our adherence to documented workflows
  • When: Issued bi-weekly on Tuesdays
  • Where: Email distributed to all OnCore end users who edit information in the system

Pop-Up Support

  • What: Drop-in questions & how-to
  • When: Thursdays from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Where: Varied locations on Fred Hutch, Seattle Children’s & UW campuses; check Events page for scheduled locations

Monthly Webinar

  • What: Oncore feature demos, Q&A
  • When: One Wednesday per month at noon. The specific date is announced to users each month via email
  • Where: Zoom meeting
