Since T1G1 went live on July 16, the CTMS Operations Team has been providing support for end users through various avenues, including: 

Support Desk:

  • What: CTMS Issues, Questions, Requests 
  • When: Mon – Fri 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

 OFFICE HOURS: 

  • What: Questions, How-To
  • When: Tuesdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Fridays 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

TIPS & TRICKS EMAIL: 

  • What: Using our behind-the-scenes reviews, we highlight specific areas where there is opportunity to improve our adherence to documented workflows 
  • When: Issued Weekly on Tuesdays 
  • Where: Email distributed to all OnCore end users who edit information in the system  

Monthly Webinar: 

  • What: Oncore feature demos, Q&A 
  • When: One Wednesday per month at noon. The specific date is announced to users each month via email
  • Where: Zoom meeting
