Implementation
The implementation strategy was reorganized into three targets:
- Target #1: Subjects & Protocols – Oncology & Fred Hutch Non-Oncology
- Target #2: Subjects & Protocols – UW Non-Oncology Assessment
- Target #3: Study Calendars & Financial Management
Data Migration
Previously, Subjects & Protocol data for Target #1 was scheduled for migration in four groups (A-D). Moving forward, data migration for all Target #1 groups will be performed upfront to ensure the data is fully validated before user onboarding begins. After data validation, all users will still be onboarded by groups.
User Onboarding & Go-Live Dates
For Target #1, onboarding is scheduled to start in Summer of 2018 and finish by January of 2019. Each of the T#1 groups will go-live at different times to facilitate a smooth transition. An assessment of T#2 requirements is scheduled for the second half of 2018 in order to support implementation of T#2 and T#3 in 2019.
