22 Aug T1G1 Operations Update
Since T1G1 went live on July 16, the CTMS Operations Team has been providing support for end users through drop-in office hours and distributed tips & tricks emails.
Office Hours:
- When: Tuesdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Fridays 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

Tips & Tricks Email:
- Using our behind-the-scenes reviews, we highlight specific areas where there is opportunity to improve our adherence to documented workflows
- It is critical that all end users review the Tips & Tricks weekly and follow the workflow tips noted
