In the CTMS team’s ongoing commitment to regular improvements to the training and documentation published for OnCore, we’re excited to announce the publication of four updated Job Aids to the CTMS Documents and Videos Web Page (OnCore login required):

- Protocol and Subject Search Job Aid*
*Note that this document contains materials previously in the Protocol Search and Subject Search Job Aids. At a later date, the previous documents will be removed from the document hub.

Please take a moment to review the updated Job Aids. To access the current CTMS Help Documents, log in to OnCore and click on your name on the top right corner of the screen to locate the CTMS Documents and Videos. The CTMS Documents & Videos page contains reference documents, webinar recordings, presentations and more content provided by Central Offices to help with OnCore access and related workflows.
