Amendment Submissions: Reduce Extra Uploads

Amendment Submissions: Reduce Extra Uploads

Have you ever wondered which documents to upload for a study amendment?

Great news: you only need to upload documents that are pertinent for review by central offices. Only providing those documents makes the amendment process much simpler and quicker for the CTMS amendment team!

It is essential to consult the Amendment exclusion list found at the Study Amendment Submissions Page to determine whether documents meet exclusion criteria for additional documents or attachments in amendments. This step is critical to confirm that the document is suitable for uploading and not intended for submission as an amendment.

Ensuring only the required documents are provided to central office helps avoid unnecessary review of documents that do not affect service areas. Though thoroughness is appreciated, it is also important to note that excessive documentation review causes delays in the completion of amendments and other CTMS workflows.
