Change Management Updates

The CTMS Program Office is taking a number of steps to get the message out about the CTMS implementation:

• Team members are “walking the halls” in buildings where Target 1 Group 1 study teams are located. You can recognize the team by their bright blue “Ask me about CTMS” lanyards.
• Posters and informational pamphlets are being distributed on-site and at departmental meetings.
• Kelly Ambrose, Program Operations Director at Fred Hutch PHS, has taken on an expanded role in the CTMS program as Target 1 Change Adoption Lead.
• A Change Leadership Team has been assembled, comprised of key influencers across Target 1 teams to guide end user adoption. The members include Kelly Ambrose, Karen Carbonneau, Sarah Wallace, Lori Jarrett, Toni-Ann Lupinacci, Kelly Crowder, Rob Wisdom, and Bernie McLaughlin.
• Super User Working Groups were instituted.  Fifty super users are designated for T1G1 to support approximately 200 study team end users.
