OnCore Training Environment System

As a reminder, OnCore Training is a “sandbox” system where study teams may practice and explore research workflows without impact to data entered in the Live OnCore (Production) system.

Access to OnCore Training is first granted during assignment of required training courses and is retained after completion. Permissions granted in OnCore Training includes all possible edit permissions granted to study team members, and may be broader than what is granted in the Live OnCore system. That way, staff can practice data entry workflows they perform in OnCore and explore other activities they want to gain a deeper understanding of, but are not currently doing.

OnCore Training is copied from the Live OnCore system periodically, so information, statuses and calendar/budget versions are generally NOT up-to-date. Additionally, PHI have been removed so specific subjects cannot be identified.

The link to OnCore Training is available on the OnCore landing page and login credentials should match how you login to the Live system.

DON’T FORGET! When using OnCore Training make sure the blue “OnCore Training” label is visible in the top, right hand corner.
