Operations Committee
The newly reformed Ops committee met on February 15th to review the updated project charter and discuss key milestones. The Ops committee is tasked to review overall program strategy and provide guidance of CTMS workflows that impact their department’s area of expertise.

Subjects & Protocols Advisory Group (SPAG)
The members of the SPAG met for the first time on February 13th. As highly engaged members of the CTMS community, this group supports the design, adoption and verification of workflows related to subjects and protocol lifecycle management, with an initial focus on Target 1 studies.
