01 Feb Revised OnCore CTMS Reference Documents Available
Several OnCore Reference Documents have been revised to incorporate recent updates and a new Work Instruction format. Please see below for a list of modified documents; please log into OnCore before clicking on hyperlinks:
- Minimum Footprint Version, v.2.4
- New Protocol Staff role requirements: Primary Regulatory Coordinator has been added to pgs. 13-14 and Consenting Provider has been added to pg. 48.
- Protocol Management Work Instructions, v.2.1
- Several documents, including New Protocol Entry, Protocol Staff Maintenance and Protocol Status Work Instructions, as well as Automated Sequence Numbers and Duplicate Enrollment Job Aids have been combined into one Protocol Management Work Instructions document.
- This update helps cut down on the overall number of documents and consolidates information into one location.
- New document format includes Quick Steps Instructions and clickable links to more detailed guidance.
- Information on the new Protocol Staff Roles requirements are included.
- Task List Job Aid, v.5.6
- Updates include a note about the Oncology Fee Letters on pg. 2.
- ActivationOTA & Amendment Workflows, v.1.7
- New Oncology-related swimlane for CRS Reporting, CRS Budget and CRT activites has been added to the Activation/OTA for Epic Billable Protocols on pg. 2.
- Required Study Submission Documents, v. 1.2
- Updates include a new checklist item for Standard Industry Oncology Fee Letter Outcome required at New Study Submission.
- Task List Guidance: Activation OTA Epic Billable Studies, v.2.3
- Updates include new CRS Budget Tasks A13 on pg. 2 and A32 on pg. 7.
- The new tasks are for start up workflows related to the New Oncology Fee Letter requirement.
- Billing Grid & Budget Work Instructions, v.2.0
- New document format with a Table of Contents and Quick Steps Instructions with links to navigate to more detailed guidance.
