The Florence eBinder Integration allows a direct connection between the OnCore system and Florence eBinders for study documents. This integration involves the creation of eBinders from OnCore and each eBinder will be associated with an OnCore protocol.

The OnCore staff roles will be mapped to eBinder roles (that are protocol specific) so that the permissions will be integrated. This project will eliminate duplicate document uploading and will create an ease of access from OnCore to Florence.

Study Startup
Reduce duplicative administrative tasks around study binder launch and user management:
- Creates new study or site binder/folders per predefined templates & naming conventions
- Adds and removes users to new studies
- Assigns appropriate roles to study members
Document Linking
Eliminate duplicate document upload & streamline version control:
- Create Live Links in OnCore for documents in Florence
- Automatically Update Link to up-to-date versions
- Examples: Approved Protocols, ICF Templates, Blank CRF
Advanced Filing
Reduce burdensome document completion & routing
- Auto fill documents with data captured in OnCore
