11 Mar Cannabis Use and Brain development Study (CUBS)
The CUB study is currently recruiting pregnant individuals who have either used or not used cannabis during their pregnancy.
Participants can earn $700 or more for completing six visits throughout pregnancy and through their child’s first 18 months of life. Participants will also receive developmental feedback reports from a licensed clinician, and MRI images of their baby’s brain.
The goal of the CUB Study is to improve our understanding of brain development in infants whose mothers used cannabis during pregnancy and in those whose mothers did not. Through surveys, developmental assessments, and infant MRI scans, we hope to learn new information that will provide guidance for medical professionals and help pregnant people make informed choices about cannabis use for themselves and their families.
