Project CHARMM

Project CHARMM

The Project CHARMM (Cannabis Health and Risk Measurement and Modeling) team at the University of Washington is recruiting participants for a virtual, paid research study.

PURPOSE: This study aims to explore individual, contextual, and occasion-specific factors related to young adult cannabis use and related health behaviors.

TIME INVOLVEMENT: Individuals interested in the study will be asked to complete a screening survey (~5-10 minutes) and a Zoom Training & Identity Verification meeting (~30 minutes) to determine their eligibility and verify their identity and Washington state residency. If eligible, participants will be asked to complete a baseline survey which will take about 60 minutes to complete and 7 weeks of daily surveys (approximately 10-15 minutes for 1 survey each day) to keep track of your health-related behaviors.

PAYMENT: The screening process (i.e., brief screening survey and Zoom Training & Identity Verification meeting) does not include any financial compensation. Eligible participants will receive $20 for completing the baseline survey, $4 for completing each daily survey, and the opportunity to earn a bonus of $5 each week for completing 6 or more surveys in a given week. Earnings would be paid in the form of tangocard.com gift cards which allow you to flexibility to choose from a wide variety of gift cards or other rewards. These cards will be sent by email 1-2 weeks following the baseline survey, 1-2 weeks following week 4 of daily surveys, and 1-2 weeks following the end of the study (week 7 of daily surveys). You would have the opportunity to earn up to $251 tangocard.com gift cards.
