Down Syndrome Dynamic Harness Study

This study aims to explore the effects of Partial Body Weight Support (PBWS) within an enriched play environment for infants with Down Syndrome (DS), who are not yet walking, to better understand how PWBS may impact their mobility; exploration; and overall activity level.

Participant Eligibility

Children who are under the age of 3 years with a Diagnosis of Down syndrome. Children who are able to sit independently but not yet independently walking are the best candidates. At least 1 parent can read and speak English.
