27 May Survey on Experiences Communicating with Healthcare Providers
We are a team of researchers from the University of Washington Human Centered Design & Engineering Department conducting a research study about patients’ experiences communicating with healthcare providers.
Have you ever experienced difficulty communicating with healthcare providers during medical appointments? If so, we would greatly appreciate your response to our survey and the opportunity to learn from your experiences.
Please complete the survey here:
https://uwashington.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5aoI9CXiFXkIVNA
At the end of the survey, you will have the option to indicate your interest in participating in a 60-minute interview and provide your email address for follow-up. You are more than welcome to complete the survey even if you are not interested in participating in a follow-up interview.
You only need to submit the survey response and do not need to submit anything through ITHS.
