Treatment for Worry and Anxiety in Those with an Acute Cardiac Event

This study is completely online and via smartphone and will last 6 weeks.

All participants will receive a digital (app-based) treatment for anxiety and worry and will be asked to use the app for 6-weeks.

The study will also involve completing 3 phone calls with a study team member to provide feedback on the app.

Participants can be compensated up to $45 in Amazon gift cards for their time.

Participant Eligibility

This study is for individuals who:
-have experienced an acute cardiac event (i.e., myocardial infarction, stroke/tia, cardiac arrest, unstable angina, congestive heart failure with hospitalization)
-experience difficulty with worry or anxiety
-live in the United States
-are age 18 or older
-have access to a smartphone
