20 Oct Reminder: Subject Accruals Timeline
As a reminder, studies cannot begin accruing subjects until the study enters the Open To Accrual status, as shown in the upper right corner of OnCore.
The CTMS Program Office will open a study to accrual after all protocol initiation tasks are completed, the protocol has received SRC Approval (if required), the study has received IRB approval, and the study team has entered all information according to the Minimum Footprint Document or Short Minimum Footprint Document for eligible studies (OnCore login required to access).
To view your study status:
- Log in to OnCore.
- Navigate to Menu > Protocols > PC Console.
- Select the protocol from the Select Protocol dropdown menu.
- The Protocol Status may be located in the upper right corner of OnCore.
