Matty Triplette, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Public Health Sciences at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the University of Washington. They serve as the Co-Lead of the Community Engagement Core for the UW Institute for Translational Health Sciences (ITHS). They are a pulmonologist and physician scientist and serve as the Medical Director for the University of Washington/Fred Hutch integrated lung cancer screening program and the tobacco treatment program. Dr. Triplette also leads a research program focused on development and evaluation of lung cancer prevention strategies to eliminate lung cancer disparities and affect health system and policy change.
