Please complete all items, and upload your confidential letter of reference (two page maximum) no later than October 7, 2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
Please make sure your letter addresses:
1) the candidate’s promise as a translational researcher
2) the level of support you expect to provide the applicant during their potential appointment
3) how you view your role as this applicant’s mentor
