Reconnecting with Our Community

Welcome to the 2022 WPRN Annual Conference site! This website will serve as the central location for meeting information and materials. We look forward to hosting the first in person meeting in 3 years. We cannot wait to reconnect with many of you.

Event Description

The 2022 WPRN Annual Conference will be held in person on Wednesday May 18, 2022, in Seattle, WA. While we are excited to host everyone in person, we plan to make a portion of the conference available virtually for those who are unable to join in person. The goal of the conference this year is to reconnect as a network. We plan to focus the meeting on community building, engaging in research when priorities have shifted, and developing strategies for moving ahead. Check back here frequently, we will be updating this webpage with an agenda and speakers as they are finalized. We look forward to seeing you in May!

We recognize the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. The WPRN Coordinating Center, WPRN Steering Committee, and ITHS will prioritize safety as we plan this meeting. The current policy at the University of Washington requires face coverings to be worn indoors on campus, regardless of vaccination status. You can view policy here: Face Covering Requirements | EHS (washington.edu). We will provide an updated policy to registered attendees on Monday, May 16, 2022.

For all conference participants planning to attend in-person, please download and complete the following COVID-19 attestation to participate in the WPRN Annual Conference.

We ask that all in-person attendees complete this form 24 hours before the conference.

Registration

Registration for in-person attendees will be open through May 2, 2022. Registration for virtual attendees will be open through May 15, 2022. If you miss the deadline or need to change your plans contact us directly.

After you register, you will receive communications from our team about travel booking or virtual attendance, submission guidelines for any poster presentations, and meeting materials.
